ALI CHANG - CEO

Ali Chang was born and raised in Canada with language skills which include Mandarin, Cantonese, French, and Spanish. Ali lived in Canberra and Sydney, Australia from 1998–2001. She worked in Sydney at Horwath Asia Pacific, a worldwide company with a network of consulting, accounting, and legal firms from all over the world. After living in Australia and as well as living just less than a year in Ithaca, New York, USA, Ali returned back to her home city Vancouver, B.C.  She formed the accounting practice Acton Accounting & Bookkeeping, Inc, functioning as owner and accountant, located in Kitsilano, Vancouver, in 2007. Her entrepreneurial spirit prevailed and she combined her studies at Cornell University’s Hotel School and its affiliate at the Australian International Hotel School to form the wellness spa business, Lady Orchids Rejuvenating Day Spa and Lady Orchids School in 2010, partly as a result of her personal interests in health and wellness. In 2012, the wellness spa is taken over by a new owner and Ali continues on with her entrepreneurism and utilizing her Business degree to build on the Canadian migration and settlement consulting service company, WACA Consulting Group Inc, as a Managing Director of the firm. She sold her shares in November 2013 and started the HWG Management Consulting, Inc. in Canada, an affiliated company of HW Group of Taiwan and subsidiaries in China, in order to broaden worldwide resources and network to better serve HWG’s clients professionally, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Polly Li - Executive Assistant

Polly Li studied and worked in North America during the past ten years. Within the past ten years, she obtained a double degree and had accumulated various work experiences. Polly assists in meeting the increasing demands for immigration and settlement services, including services for translation and for foreign students. She successfully co-organizes students who are from China to join summer camp activities in Canada, and serves as the students’ study and life consultant. She loves living in North America, as well as participating in local community activities. Polly believes: "Persistence will guarantee success!" As an executive assistant at HWG Management Consulting, Inc., she is willing to share her personal experience on studying and living in North America to everyone, as well as helping clients succeed in their new land and achieve their life dreams!

Brandan Price - Team Consultant

Brandan Price was born and raised in Vancouver, BC, he obtained his BBA from Mercer University, just outside of Atlanta Georgia on a scholarship which launched his professional golfing career. Having spent three years travelling across North America as a professional golfer, Brandan sharpened his business acumen on and off the course. Understanding that success comes with focus, diligence, and strong trust building, Brandan returned to Vancouver and honed in on his talent for connecting with people. During this time, he maintained a connection with the Vancouver Real Estate Market through his roles at Emaar Properties (Canada) and as a licensed Commercial Realtor with Macdonald Commercial. Brandan joined Rennie & Associates Realty early in 2011 – a locally based Real Estate brokerage with International reach. Brandon brings to HWG Management Consulting, Inc. his specializations in the Commercial and the Pre-sale markets in Metro Vancouver.
